干燥原理:
1、本機采用(yong)新的(de)科學方法,使(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)爐和熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)室(shi)于一體烘干(gan)原理,用(yong)離心風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機直(zhi)接把(ba)熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)箱(xiang)的(de)高溫(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)注入到(dao)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)管中,熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)通過上(shang)下(xia)(xia)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)噴嘴吹到(dao)運(yun)行中單(dan)(dan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)兩面(mian),高溫(wen)(wen)熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)使(shi)(shi)單(dan)(dan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)兩面(mian)均(jun)勻受熱(re)(re),從而達到(dao)烘干(gan)效果 2、熱(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)室(shi)設計在(zai)機體內部,其產生的(de)外表高溫(wen)(wen)達到(dao)200度(du)(du)左(zuo)右(you),此溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)往上(shang)蒸發直(zhi)接烘烤單(dan)(dan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)下(xia)(xia)面(mian),使(shi)(shi)單(dan)(dan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)再次被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)達到(dao)快速干(gan)燥作用(yong) 3、燃燒的(de)尾氣溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)應在(zai)210度(du)(du)以(yi)上(shang),利用(yong)此溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)經過除塵設備后直(zhi)接送到(dao)各(ge)個運(yun)轉(zhuan)輥筒(tong)內,使(shi)(shi)各(ge)個輥筒(tong)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)達到(dao)170度(du)(du)左(zuo)右(you),當水(shui)板(ban)(ban)(ban)喂進輥筒(tong)內,此時的(de)水(shui)板(ban)(ban)(ban)表面(mian)水(shui)分經過加(jia)熱(re)(re)輥筒(tong)時會(hui)迅(xun)速蒸發,也給(gei)單(dan)(dan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)縮短了預(yu)熱(re)(re)過程,使(shi)(shi)烘干(gan)效果再次大(da)幅度(du)(du)提升。
本烘(hong)(hong)干線爐體(ti)設(she)計(ji)在機體(ti)內部(bu)(bu),因此(ci)燃燒的(de)熱(re)量用科學(xue)的(de)方法(fa)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)利用,其核心(xin)部(bu)(bu)分采(cai)(cai)取304不銹鋼管傳熱(re),此(ci)材(cai)料耐(nai)(nai)高溫經久耐(nai)(nai)用。傳統(tong)的(de)烘(hong)(hong)干機爐體(ti)設(she)計(ji)在機體(ti)外部(bu)(bu),使大部(bu)(bu)分熱(re)量丟失浪費,而且爐體(ti)內部(bu)(bu)采(cai)(cai)用普(pu)通無(wu)縫鋼管鋪設(she),不耐(nai)(nai)燒,容易(yi)老化被燒透,因此(ci)維修繁瑣不經用。本烘(hong)(hong)干設(she)備比傳統(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干設(she)備效(xiao)率高,烘(hong)(hong)干的(de)成本低,使用壽(shou)命長。
